Start and Tremayne is a family run specialist retailer of quality branded fashion accessories supported by a knowledgeable, friendly and highly experienced in store sales team.
Start and Tremayne celebrated its 120th anniversary in 2020. Throughout that time it has been a business based in Burton upon Trent and today has two further branches at Barton and Mercia Marinas.
Our aim is to help our customers take a little bit of happiness home by being the first choice destination for a wide range of quality branded fashion accessories.
RETURNS
If for any reason at all you want to return a product you have purchased from us you can return the item unused and with any original packaging within the first 30 days from purchase and we'll give you either an exchange or a Credit Note, which is valid for two years from the date of the return.
If within the first 6 months (subject to fair wear and tear) any fault occurs with the item, bring it back and we'll again offer an exchange, a credit note or in this situation a FULL REFUND.
